1. Give yourself credit - I am sure you have done something today that made you feel like you have accomplished something...Look hard and you will find something

2. Accept your short comings - We all have them. It's time you see you "faults" and are OK with them.

3. Fill your head with positivity - You are really OK just the way you are. You have so many beautiful qualities...just take inventory,

4. Follow your heart - You heart usually can lead you to your passion...Listen to it!

5. Let go of the past - It doesn't exist anymore...it did exist, or once was, now it's OVER.
